Bailiwick Chicago Theater’s annual “Chicago Casting Auction” raised nearly $50,000 for the company on Oct. 27 at Chicago’s Dank Haus German American Cultural Center Grand Ballroom in Lincoln Square. Top bidders among the 100 attendees won roles in Bailiwick Chicago’s upcoming production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.” More than 50 roles were auctioned off. “Joseph” will run Jan.31-Feb. 2 at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago. Tickets go on sale Jan. 1 at castingauction.com.
