Sucre et Sales — which means “sweetened and salted” in French — just opened its doors at 6227 Dempster St., in Morton Grove.
Customers will find a wide variety of traditional candies, chocolate confections, gourmet granolas, dried fruits, nuts and daily fresh-baked goodies, including custom-ordered cakes, coffee cakes and gifts.
Sucre et Sales dip and create chocolate confections with ready-made bakery cookies or products, and use small Babycakes baking products such as cake-pop doughnut makers,
